New students representatives elected

This month, all active IMPRS students were able to elect their representatives for the coming year.

Having these student representatives as members of the IMPRS board is an essential distinguishing feature of the Garduate School. Their participation in important decisions is, like all active student participation, not only appreciated, but an important part of the program. 

This month, all IMPRS students were invited to elect their representatives for the forthcoming year. 86% electoral defence speaks strongly in favour of students taking up their active roles. 

As a result, we congratulate Annmarie Lehr and Sebastián Espinel Rios on their election and look forward to working with them.

They take over from Susann Triemer and Jennifer Uebbing, who were particularly committed to their office. Both will now hand over to their followers in a student discussion forum to be held on May 11 online.

All active PhDs are cordially invited to participate in this forum, to thank Susann and Jennifer in a more personal way of course, but also to send ideas and wishes to their new representatives.
