Theory of Complex Networks
Prof. Steffen Waldherr
Major Research Interests
We work on the mathematical modeling of dynamic networks as well as mathematical methods for the analysis of these models, focusing on problems of systems biology and biomedicine. Currently active research areas are: Robustness analysis of non-linear dynamical networks Modeling and analysis of biological switches Analysis and synthesis of heterogeneous population systems.
