Model-based analysis of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN)

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a painful side effect of cancer treatment. Together with our partners from Purdue University we have studied the electrical signaling on the level of a single sensory neuron to gain a deeper understanding of the pathophysiology of pain and how this is affected by chemotherapy.
