The Ladies Night for Women in Engineering Sciences is a networking event with a varied and diverse range of information on the topic of careers for women in engineering sciences and other MINT subjects. In addition to presentations by established scientists and engineers, discussions will be facilitated and different career paths in industry and science will be highlighted. The aim is to encourage women in particular to pursue their own careers.
In the week from April 22-26, 2024, there will once again be an informative program for students, doctoral candidates, postdocs and pupils. The Ladies Night will once again provide a platform for networking between young academics and established scientists and professionally successful engineers, computer scientists, mathematicians, doctors, etc.
The action week will kick off with the Ladies Night on Tuesday evening, 23.04.2024, from 5 pm at the Max Planck Institute in Sandtorstraße 1.
All interested parties are invited to attend guest lectures followed by a panel discussion and networking evening. In addition, a small career market will take place on site, where the participating institutes and the OvGU will present their open doctorate offers.
