Main Focus
The main focus of my research lies on investigating the gas phase electrolysis of
hydrogen chloride to chlorine on the overall process level with the help of
flowsheet simulations and exergy analysis as well as on the reactor and phase level in the form of mathematical modeling of the electrochemical cell, validated by laboratory experiments.
