About
GlycoBioTec2027 is the 5th International GlycoBioTec Symposium organized by the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems. Hosted at the historic Harnack House in Berlin – the official conference venue of the Max Planck Society – it offers a uniquely focused setting for scientific exchange. The symposium is dedicated to turning cutting‑edge glyco research into real-world impact, with a strong emphasis on applications in biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics, functional food and more. GlycoBioTec brings together a uniquely mixed audience, from academic pioneers and early‑career researchers to biotech and pharma innovators, technology providers, and translational experts. In this intimate 2.5‑day setting, keynotes, selected talks, and interactive poster sessions are designed to foster concrete collaborations and partnerships across academia and industry.
