Registrations Terms

Please, review the registration terms below. They are intended to assure the comfort and privacy of all conference participants. Each delegate acknowledges and agrees with these terms when registering, thus, accepting these policies as a condition for taking part in this conference.

Material presented or displayed at the YCOPE 2019 is the intellectual property of the presenter and may not be recorded, photographed, quoted, disseminated or transmitted by summary in any form without the express approval of the author of the material presented.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by Feb. 15, 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded. Cancellations received later than that will not be refunded.

Please, note, though, that the transfer of your registration to another person is allowed. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the YCOPE 2019.
