Registrations Terms

Please review the registration terms below which are intended to assure the comfort and privacy of all conference participants. Each delegate acknowledges and agrees to these terms while registering and accepts these policies as a condition of being permitted to attend this symposium.

Material presented or displayed at the GlycoBioTec 2019 is the intellectual property of the presenter and may not be recorded, photographed, quoted, disseminated or transmitted by summary in any form without the express approval of the author of the material presented.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by January 6, 2019 will be accepted and all fees refunded. Cancellations received later than January 6, 2019 or later will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the GlycoBioTec 2019.
