MetaProteomeAnalyzer Workshop

MPA Workshop

The MetaProteomeAnalyzer (MPA, Link to website) is a software pipeline to analyze and visualize metaproteomics (and also proteomics) data. It consists of a processing server application and a graph-database driven interactive client.

In the offered workshop (in the afternoon of February 9), the use of the MPA software is demonstrated as follows:

• Using multiple database search engines
• Grouping of protein identifications
• Taxonomic and functional data analysis
• Graph database querying

Registration Workshop

The workshop is optional for all participants of the symposium. If you want to participate in the MPA workshop, please mention it in the registration. Also, the number of participants will be limited with respect to the capacities of the computer pool.
